We would like to introduce our "Steel Shot/Steel Grit" products. "Steel Shot" consists of spherical particles made from special steel, which are projected onto the surfaces of cast and forged products, steel plates, and shaped steel. Through its hammering effect, it efficiently removes sand, rust, and scale (layers of oxides), as well as enhances fatigue strength through surface modification via peening. "Steel Grit" is made of special steel with sharp-edged, polygonal particles that possess strong cleaning power. Its chiseling action allows for efficient etching of rolling mill rolls, surface preparation for painting, and cutting of stone materials.
